ShockWatch, Inc., a subsidiary of Media Recovery, Inc., certifies that, to our knowledge, all products in the Tilt Indicator family of products, outlined in the table below, are compliant with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC for the Restriction of use of certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RoHS).

This status is based on ShockWatch’s understanding of RoHS, ShockWatch’s knowledge of the materials that go into its products, and Laboratory analysis of its products as of the date of disclosure of material content information. No lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromiun (Cr+6), PBB, or PBDE is intentionally added to these devices by Media Recovery, Inc., or its affiliates. Any trace impurities of these substances contained within the parts are below the RoHS-specified threshold levels outlined in maximum concentration values (MCV’s) per RoHS amendment Commission Decision 2005/618/EC, dated August 18, 2005. (CR+6, Hg, Pb, PBBs, PBDEs, <1000ppm — Cd <100ppm). Maximum limit does not apply to applications covered by RoHS exemptions.
